This picture features the results of a high-speed photographic system used to capture the impact of a bullet milliseconds after passing through a tube of lipstick. Before reaching the lipstick tube, the bullet passed in front of infrared sensors, which triggered a high-speed electronic flash. The platform used to support the subject has been removed.
