This photograph features a possible new species of snail still not yet identified. This land snail is one of many new discoveries made during biological surveys into the remote Sky Islands of Northern Mexico by volunteer scientists working with GreaterGood.org. It was photographed in controlled conditions at the GreaterGood.org field camp, located at Arroyo La Presita, Mesa Tres Rios, Sonora, Mexico.
